Spotify has announced a new partnership its formed with Google that will see the music streaming service hand out free Google Home Minis to Premium Family plan owners. Those who are subscribed to the $15/month tier will be able to visit this link starting tomorrow, November 1st, and register to receive a complimentary smart home speaker from the search giant.
This is the first time Spotify has handed out smart speakers to its subscribers. Smart speakers are becoming one of the leading ways people listen to music nowadays so it’s nice to see the streaming service treat its customers to one just in time for the holidays.
The promotion runs until the end of 2018 (meaning December 31st).
