Sony has revealed pricing for its Xperia XZ2 Premium smartphone after it was unveiled earlier this year. According to the company, the device will cost a whopping $999.99, the same price as Apple’s iPhone X. For the money, you’re getting a 5.8-inch 4K HDR display, dual 19MP and 12MP rear cameras, a Snapdragon 845, 6GB of RAM, Android Oreo, a 3540mAh battery, 64GB of storage, and stereo speakers. In the end, you’re pretty much shelling out extra cash for the display and the fancy camera system.
If you’re looking to pick up an Xperia XZ2 Premium, you’ll be able to do so from Amazon and Best Buy. Sony says the device will launch on July 9th and come with free Xperia Ear Duo wireless earbuds if you preorder through Amazon.
