A new report out of Korean site ETNews claims Samsung is gearing up to launch not one, not two, not three, but four new smartphones under the Galaxy Note 10 brand. There will be two screen sizes available: one at 6.28-inches and another at 6.75-inches. Each model will offer an LTE variant and possibly a 5G counterpart, totaling four different phones to choose from. The 5G models will come with four cameras, while the LTE models will stick with three, according to the report.
Samsung has never released more than one Galaxy Note per year. The company tends to stick with implementing the biggest screen it can in a phone for the Note alongside the best specs and features it has at the moment. Now, it looks like the company will be offering some sort of variation for the very first time.
For reference, the 6.28-inch Note 10 will slot in between the 6.1-inch Galaxy S10 and 6.4-inch Galaxy S10 Plus. Meanwhile, the 6.75-inch Note 10 will be a half inch bigger than the 6.7-inch Galaxy S10 5G which will be released later this year. In a nutshell, Samsung will have phones for basically any size you desire.
ETNews notes the Note 10 could arrive on August 8th, falling in line with Samsung’s historic early August release time frame for its Note series. Of course, since we’re still four months away from that date, it’s important to take today’s report with a grain of salt since anything can happen between now and then.
