If you’re one of the 12 people who are subscribed to Comcast’s Xfinity Mobile cell phone service and own a Galaxy S9, today’s your lucky day.
As reported by both SamMobile and Android Police, Samsung is beginning to roll out Android 9 Pie with One UI to the Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus. Unfortunately, it’s only available to Xfinity customers right now, but Samsung says the update will roll out to more carrier-locked devices in the coming weeks.

The update comes with a fresh build of Android for users to enjoy along with Samsung’s new One UI which specializes in large headers to make content more accessible to your thumb during one-handed use. You also get the January 2019 security patch. The update comes just as Samsung’s promised release timeframe for the new software on the S9 gets ready to expire in just a couple of days.
To download the update, head over to Settings > Software Update > Download updates manually.
