We may have just seen the phone leak out last week, but in the world of technology, it seems we can never have enough reports and rumors about a particular devices before its released. This reigns true for the upcoming LG V40 ThinQ which has leaked out yet again, this time in the form of new renders.
OnLeaks and SlashLeaks have, yet again, cooked up a batch of fresh renders, this time depicting the new V40. In the images, you’ll find the rumored array of five cameras with three on the back and two housed within a notch at the top of the device’s reported 6.3-inch OLED screen. Speaking of which, the V40 will come with LG’s biggest display to date so expect a bump in resolution and quality to coincide.
In addition, we can also see a headphone jack, a rear-mounted fingerprint reader, a Google Assistant key, a side-mounted power button, and a bottom-firing speaker in these new renders which is all rumored to make its way to the V40 once it’s official. Other rumors suggest the device will come with a Snapdragon 845 processor, 6GB of RAM, Android Pie, and a quad DAC.
Previous reports point to a launch of the device later this fall, likely after both the new iPhones and Pixel 3 have time to shine. Of course, we’ll keep you posted with any further developments.
