During Build 2019, Microsoft shared a ton of new features that would make their way to the Chromium-based version of Edge. In a teaser video for the feature set, Microsoft also gave us our first glimpse of Edge running on macOS as a developer preview.
As you can see, the browser looks just like it does on Windows 10 but with macOS’ window aesthetics. Besides this brief appearance, we have yet to see what it’s like to run Edge on a Mac. Microsoft hasn’t announced when the browser will reach beta status on Apple’s computers, but we expect it will be soon given that the company is starting to tease it.
