Microsoft Build 2017 Will Take Place May 10-12 in Seattle

Microsoft has unveiled their 2017 event lineup, with the most exciting event by far also receiving a date and location. In other words, Build 2017 will take place in Seattle, WA on May 10-12. This will likely be the location where we hear more about the Microsoft Cloud, Redstone 3, and the future of the company’s other various software platforms in general.

Next, Microsoft will be renaming the Worldwide Partner Conference to Microsoft Inspire and will hold the event July 9-13 in Washington, D.C. The reason for the name change is due to MS believing the new title “reflects how Microsoft and [their] partner community inspire each other to innovate and deliver powerful new solutions to customers.”

Finally, Microsoft will be merging Microsoft Envision with Ignite which will be held September 25-29 in Orlando, FA. Obviously, plenty of other smaller events will take place for such things as product launches and company announcements, so stay tuned.

As we’re drawing near the end of 2016, it’s time to start looking to 2017. And at first glance, it seems like we’ll be busy for a while…
