After announcing the project earlier this week, Wiz Khalifa has officially dropped Fly Times, Vol. 1: The Good Fly Young. The project serves as the second release from the head of the Taylor Gang in 2019. It also further solidifies Wiz’s attraction to marijuana, having dropped the album on 4/20, or the unofficial International Weed Day.
As you can expect from a release date as such, there are plenty stoner-reader tracks to jam out to on Fly Times. With features from Ty Dolla Sign, Problem, Curren$y, Chevy Woods, and more, there’s a good blend of trap bangers and slow-burning songs to vibe out to. It’s definitely worth a listen if you need some chill-out songs while reading a book, going for a walk, or, yes, sampling a little Mary Jane.
