LG’s V20 Leaks via High-Res Photo on Twitter

As most of us know by now, LG is set to debut their somewhat highly anticipated V20 handset which will be the first to ship out-of-the-box with Android Nougat (something that just began rolling out to Nexus users). But while the phone won’t launch until September 6th, leakers like Evan Blass aren’t gonna sit back and wait. Instead, namely the leaker mentioned, someone got their hands on a high-resolution image of what he claims to be the V20. He stated this on Twitter.

In the image, you can clearly see what appears to be the second screen on the V20 which is pretty much bound to happen since the V10 featured it as well. You can also make out a cleaner-looking skin on top of Android Nougat which boasts round-cornered icons and iOS-like folders. The front facing camera is also visible in the picture, however that’s pretty much it unless you wanna count the earpiece.

While we don’t gain much information about the V20 from the picture above, we do seem to get a pretty clear look at what the smartphone may be bringing to the table design wise. As far as specs go, we here at MBEDDED are looking for a Snapdragon 820 or 821 chipset with probably 4GB of RAM. Cameras similar to the G5‘s are also expected, while a 32-bit DAC will be on-board to deliver high-quality sound. Storage configurations, carrier availability, and pricing should all be known when the V20 gets its official unveiling on September 6th. As always, we’ll have full coverage of all LG’s announcements when the time comes.
