Justice League Recruits Willem Dafoe for Upcoming Film

Some of you may know him as Norman Osborn, the head of Oscorp where he was given DNA-editing drugs which ultimately changed him into what he’s known as the Green Goblin, in Sam Rami’s Spider-Man franchise (myself included), however rather playing the main villain in a superhero movie, Willem Dafoe has been cast to play one of the heroes in Zack Snyder’s upcoming film Justice League.

According to THR, Dafoe will appear in both Part One and Part Two of Justice League, however his exact character he’ll be portraying isn’t clear yet.

With Dafoe joining the cast of the upcoming movie, a some-what Sam Rami Spider-Man franchise reunion may be taking place, what with J.K. Simmons recently being cast to play Commissioner Gordon and Alfred Molina who was Doc Oc in Spider-Man 2 to possibly play a role in the upcoming film. Nonetheless, Justice League should be pretty enjoyable since there’s going to be so many recognizable characters.

Justice League: Part One is set to be released in theaters on November 17, 2017, while Part Two is scheduled for release on June 14, 2019.
