It Looks Like Google Allo is Launching This Week

When Google Duo was released over a month ago, no sight of the app’s companion software Allo’s launch date was seen anywhere. It was assumed that this app may launch shortly after Duo’s release or we may have to wait until Google decides to begin rolling out the Google Assistant to Android devices everywhere. However, no word on either of those things has shown up so far. But according to a recent tweet by well-known leaker and most-of-the-time-reliable source Evan Blass (@evleaks), we may not have to wait very much more time until we get our hands on Google’s new messaging service.

According to the tweet above, Google’s Allo may be launching some time this week. It’s been speculated that since Google promised us a release of the software before Summer 2016 was over and the first day of Autumn is September 22nd, we may see this new communication app launch on or before this Wednesday. Of course, nothing’s confirmed as of yet and the tweet above is our only source of information. But if this hint and present facts on the table fare of any indication, we may begin “Allo-ing” people pretty soon.
