After refreshing the laptop last year, HP is upgrading its Spectre x360 15-inch model with new display technology at CES 2019. This year, the company will start shipping a special version of the 15-inch laptop with an OLED display. Previously, the 13-inch variant of the x360 had an OLED panel option, but that was back in 2016. Now, OLED’s making a comeback, and it looks pretty.

Last night at CES Unveiled, I took a look at HP’s new OLED 15-inch Specture x360, and it’s everything you want in a gorgeous laptop screen. Blacks are suuuper inky, colors pop, and contrasts are excellent. They had an LCD version of the same laptop directly above it and you could tell the significant difference between the two. If I had to choose one, I’m obviously going with the OLED.
Unfortunately, HP hasn’t announced any pricing information on this model, but we can expect it to come with an Intel Core i7 processor, 16GB of memory, and 512GB of storage. It’ll start shipping this March so more information should be right around the corner.
