Google’s Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL Officially Launch Today

After being unveiled last week at an event, Google today officially launched its new Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL smartphones. The devices succeed last year’s Pixel 2 and 2 XL, with this iteration featuring better specs, new software features, and updated designs.

Specifically, the new Pixel 3s come with glass designs which enable wireless charging. You’ll find a 5.5-inch Full HD+ OLED display on the standard Pixel 3 and a 6.3-inch Quad HD+ OLED notched display on the Pixel 3 XL. For specs, the devices include a Snapdragon 845 processor, 4GB of RAM, 64 or 128GB of storage, 12MP rear cameras, dual front-facing cameras, upgraded batteries, and no headphone jacks.

To purchase a Pixel 3, you’ll need to shell out at least $799 for the 64GB model. The 128GB tier costs $899. Meanwhile, the PIxel 3 XL starts at $899 with 64GB of storage and goes up to $999 for 128GB of space. Both phones are available from a variety of retailers and carriers around the world starting today.
