Amazon has updated their line of Fire tablets today, specifically the $50 7-inch model. With the refresh, customers can now pick up a 7-inch Fire in black, magenta, blue, or tangerine. The price remains the same for 8GB at $49.99, while for $69.99, you can get 16GB for more space to save movies, music, books, apps, games, and more.
In addition to the new color options and storage configurations of the Fire, Amazon has also given the Fire Kids Edition some love by giving it a new color (green) and a 16GB storage option for $119.99. Remember, the Kids Edition comes with a two-year warranty which will allow you to return your tablet no matter what’s wrong with it – no questions asked – to Amazon for a new one.
