Google’s gearing up to launch the next version of Android for all users to take advantage of, and it looks like we could be pretty close to its formal introduction to the world.
According to a new leak from Evan Blass on Twitter, Android P will reportedly land on August 20th. This news comes from a calendar with a green letter “P” stamped on the 20th of August. If this is true, it would fall in line with roughly the same release timeframe of Android Oreo last year.

Android P will come with a number of new features such as a new navigation system, a new screenshot system, an updated UI, and performance/battery improvements. We’ll also eventually see Google’s Digital Wellbeing features seep into the system, although it’s likely they’ll remain exclusive to the Pixel.
We’ll let you know when Android P launches.
