Attention developers! Apple has seeded the first beta build of iOS 9.2.1 to you guys!
Yes, that’s right. Almost a week after iOS 9.2 made it to iPhones, iPads, and iPods around the world, the Cupertino company is ready for users to begin testing the next update. The build comes with a number of 13D11, compared to iOS 9.2’s number of 13C75. So far, the update doesn’t appear to be available over-the-air, but it is available through the iOS Dev Center.
This update likely brings bug fixes and speed improvements to the operating system it’s meant for, as iOS 9.2 brought a very long list of the very same elements mentioned above along with other new features.
The new beta, however, isn’t yet available to public beta testers, as these builds generally tend to premier to developers a few days before public testers can get their hands on them.
Let us know if you find any improvements or bugs in the new build with a comment down below!
Update: The first Public Beta of iOS 9.2.1 has been released to public beta testers as an OTA update. Users can download the new build by going to Settings > General > Software Update on their iOS device.
