Deal: Google Drops Nexus 5X Price (Again), Now Just $299

Just two weeks ago, we told you guys that Google permanently cut the price of the Nexus 5X from $379 to $349, a savings of $30. And today, it looks like the company is doing it again, but this time even bigger. Now, when you pick up a Nexus 5X from the Google Store, you’ll be spending just $299, a savings of an additional $50. That’s a total of $70 in savings when compared to the original price of the smartphone.

However this is a great price for a phone of it’s type, this price is only effective if you buy the model with 16GB of storage. If you want double the space (32GB if you can’t do math), you’re gonna have to choke up $349, which isn’t bad when considering the fact that this used to be the starting price of the 5X after the first price cut.

The Nexus 5X features a 5.2 inch 1080p HD display with a Snapdragon 808 processor, 2GB of RAM, a 2700mAh battery, a fingerprint sensor, a 12MP camera capable of shooting 4K video, and stock Android 6.0 Marshmallow. This is an all around great phone, and is now even better thanks to that price cut.

Is this enough to convince you to pick up a 5X? Let us know in the comments!
