As you can see, not only can Support help you with software-based issues like failure to send an email or access the internet, but it can also help you if you accidentally crack your screen or experience hardware-based problems. Of course, you’ll be directed to set up a Genius Bar appointment anyway, but it nevertheless makes the process a bit more convenient to go through.
If you recall, this isn’t the first time we’ve seen Apple’s Support app. Back at the beginning of last month, those in the Netherlands gained access to the app, and of course, we told you about it.
