Today, Apple released iOS 12.1.3 to iPhone and iPad users. As a part of the update, the company is also pushing upgraded software to its HomePod smart speaker. The update fixes a problem where the HomePod could randomly restart and addresses an issue that might stop Siri from listening to you speak.
To install the update, just install iOS 12.1.3 on your iPhone by heading to Settings > General > Software Updates. From there, you should see the update ready to be downloaded. Let it download to your device and then install it. Be sure to connect to a stable Wi-Fi network and plug in your phone beforehand so you don’t run into any interruptions.
