Report: iPhone 7 Now to Come in Black and Replace Space Gray [Poll]

Macotakara recently released a report stating that the upcoming iPhone 7 would come in a deep blue color which would replace Space Gray in Apple’s lineup of available looks. However, since it didn’t meet much confirmation by the public, the article was shot down as not true. However, the blog is now back with another report, with this one claiming the upcoming handset will arrive in a deep black color rather blue and replace the current Space Gray option.

I have heard another information that space grey would not be disconnected, but would be possibly updated too much darker color. Also, the new color would not be deep blue, but possibly formal black which is close to black.

Picture this new color option as a much darker Space Gray. I would imagine Apple would line the iPhone and Apple Watch up a bit more and give the public the ability of getting the iPhone 7 in Space Black. This would prove to be a much richer black, stealthy look a lot of folks want from their phones. Right now, Space Gray is kind of bright, so I think everyone would be open to a Space Black color option as long as it resembles the Apple Watch’s.

At least we’re not getting “deep blue”.

What do you think? Will we be getting Space Black as a color option in the upcoming iPhone 7, or will Space Gray stay for while? Let us know by voting on our poll below.
