Shortly after the fifth beta was released, Apple today seeded the sixth build of watchOS 5.2 for testing on the Apple Watch. Only registered developers will have access to the software.
In this update, Apple includes a variety of bug fixes and security improvements. Users of the special Hermès version of the Apple Watch are also treated to a few new exclusive watch faces. It’s unclear if watchOS 5.2 will carry any significant user-facing changes for the rest of us, but we’ll let you know if we discover anything along the way.
The new software can be installed by heading over to the Apple Watch app on your iPhone. From there, access the Software update section and hit “Download and install” under the listing. You’ll need to have your Apple Watch on the charging puck to install the new beta to ensure you don’t run out of juice during the process.
