Following yesterday’s iOS 9.3 beta release, Apple has seeded developers and public beta testers with the seventh build of OS X El Capitan 10.11.4 for testing. Nothing new has been discovered in the latest build yet by anyone, which leads me to believe that this is most likely the final beta of the software upgrade for Mac before it’s released to the commercial public.
The OS X El Capitan 10.11.4 betas have so far unveiled features such as Live Photos in Messages, pass-word/code protected notes in the Notes app along with the ability to import notes via a text file from such a service as Evernote using a new “Import Notes…” function, and fixes specifically targeted towards iBooks, Messages, Notes, and Photos. The update is also expected to resolve the issue with opening Twitter URL links in Safari.
Let us know if you notice any changes made in the new build in the comments! We’ll try to respond to as many as we can!
