Report: Apple Will Push iPhone SE/9.7-inch iPad Pro Event Back to March 21st

A new report by Re/code who is pretty well-sourced has been published stating that Apple will unveil their upcoming iPhone SE, 9.7-inch iPad Pro, and new Apple Watch options not on March 15th, but during the week of the 21st. In fact, in an independent article published by BuzzFeed, John Paczkowski reports that the event will take place on March 21st itself. It’s also stated in the report that the event will be of smaller-scale, which pretty much means we can expect Apple to hold the keynote on campus in Cupertino.

One reason for the delay might be caused by Apple’s on-going feud between them and the FBI I haven’t yet commented on. They may have things coming up between now and March 21st that need to be taken care of regarding this brawl, or they are already so jam-packed with things to settle with the government that they need more time before the keynote. I may be right and I may be wrong. This is just my opinion. But whatever the reason, I think we’ll all survive another 6 days to see the event take place.

So far, rumors have suggested that Apple’s upcoming Spring 2016 keynote will be the scene where we see the unveiling of the company’s upcoming 4-inch iPhone SE alongside a smaller 9.7-inch iPad Pro and new Apple Watch bands such as a Space Black Milanese Loop.

When do you think the next Apple keynote will take place? Will it come later than expected or will Apple remain on-track with March 15th in mind? Let us know your opinion in the comments below!
