iPhone 6 Plus iSight Camera Replacement Program Launched

Yesterday, Apple launched an iSight Camera replacement program for the iPhone 6 Plus after discovering that due to a manufacturing issue, iPhone 6 Plus’s bought in Sept. – Jan. had a faulty camera that, when taking, would make pictures blurry. Apple will replace your camera if you’re effected and eligible for free. You can find out if you are eligible for a replacement by typing your serial number into this website, which will lookup if your phone is part of the batch with the manufacturing problem.

If your iPhone is confirmed faulty, you can make arrangements to have it repaired over the phone or at your local Apple Store. Apple will not be handing faulty iPhone 6 Plus users new phones. Apple will just be fixing the camera. The iPhone 6 hasn’t been effected by this issue. You can check Apple’s website for more information.
