macOS Mojave Receives Seventh Beta Build

Apple has released the seventh beta build of macOS Mojave for testing on the Mac before an initial public release of the software in the fall. This comes a week after beta 6 hit airwaves.

To install macOS Mojave beta 7 on your Mac, head over to the Updates tab in the Mac App Store. From there, check for updates and you should spot the upgraded build ready to be download. Hit download and wait for it to finish installing. You’ll want to plug in your MacBook before installing the beta to ensure you don’t run out of juice. Otherwise, sit back and be patient.

macOS Mojave packs lots of features that are friendly to both casual and professional users. It includes a system-wide dark mode, Stacks for organizing your files on your desktop, improvements to the built-in Finder, improvements to screenshots, group FaceTime calls, Metal 2, and more. It’s a pretty significant overall upgrade that will only get better as we draw closer to its final release.
