Samsung tends to launch its smartphones in a very unique lineup of color finishes, and it looks like this trend will reign with the new Galaxy S9 set to debut in the coming weeks. According to Evan Blass, a pair of images that claim to show off the Galaxy S9 seem to depict a new color option called Lilac Purple. It’s a lot more purple than last year’s Orchid Gray and, admittedly, doesn’t look too shabby.

In the images, we’re also getting further glimpses at the what’s likely the finalized design of the S9 and S9 Plus. Dual rear cameras will sit vertically on the back of the S9 Plus, while the standard S9 will get a single shooter. Both will have fingerprint sensors directly below their cameras. The fronts of the devices will be similar to that of the S8 in which there are ultra-slim bezels and large screens.
From the looks of it, the S9 and S9 appear a bit thicker than last year’s S8, although we’ll have to see the actual devices themselves to determine this.
The Galaxy S9 will debut on February 25th. Stay tuned as we’ll have a lot more surrounding the devices as we move closer to that magical date.
