LG’s Upcoming 2018 Flagship Leaks in New Render

LG is shaking things up this year with its flagship smartphone lineup. Instead of sticking to a schedule, they’ll be releasing phones as they see fit. They’ll also apparently be ditching the G branding its used for a number of years. Now, it looks like the company’s first 2018 flagship will also be radically different than what we’ve seen in the past.

As leaked by TigerMobiles.com (via Droid-Life), this supposed render of the upcoming LG (G7?) smartphone will feature stupid tiny bezels on the top and bottom and near non-existent borders on the sides. According to the leak, there will also be dual front-facing cameras, something we haven’t seen on an LG smartphone since 2015 with the V10. A Snapdragon 835, 6GB of RAM, and Quick Charge 4.0 will all reportedly be inside.

Whether this is actually LG’s upcoming smartphone remains to be seen. It’s the first time we’re seeing the render, so take today’s news with a grain of salt. That being said, this sets the stage for the next rumors and leaks to surface so stay tuned.
