Google Adds AR Stickers to Pixel and Pixel 2 Cameras

When Google announced the Pixel 2 and 2 XL back in October, they also announced AR Stickers. Basically, AR Stickers are three-dimensional objects you can add to photos and videos before you take them much like you can with apps like Holo on iOS. There’s a variety to choose from such as different foods, text, and even Star Wars characters. Now, this feature set is rolling out to all Pixel and Pixel 2 users who are running Android 8.1 Oreo.

You’ll need to make a visit to the Play Store and update a couple of applications, but once finished, you should see AR Stickers pop up in the slide-over menu in the Google Camera app. Right now, there aren’t many stickers available, but the company has previously stated they’ll be adding more as time goes on.
