Download the Google Pixel 2’s New Live Wallpapers Here

Google’s Pixel 2 and 2 XL pack a lot of features people want without buying a new phone. This largely includes the camera, launcher, and wallpapers. And as you can see from those links, it’s all leaked out for people to download and install on their own devices. The latest leaked APK that was modified to work on more Android devices is the live wallpaper plug-in, ported by Indian developer Pranav Pandey.

As you can see, all of the live wallpapers from the Pixel 2 are available simply by downloading and installing this APK (via Android Police, APK Mirror) on your device. We tested it on a pre-production LG V30 running Android 7.1.2 Nougat and everything seemed to work. The developer notes that while things should be operable on Android 7.0 and above, things might not be as stable on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. That being said, support for the older version of Android should arrive soon.

For the live wallpapers addition to work, you’ll need to have the Google Wallpapers app installed on your phone which is available via the Play Store. As long as you have it, go download the APK and get those live wallpapers on your non-Pixel device.
