After launching the game for the first time on a Nintendo-branded device, Minecraft for 3DS has officially landed and is available for download. The game costs $29.99, while a retail package will be available likely for a higher price sometime in the future. The news comes as Nintendo’s Direct 2017 event winds down.
Minecraft for Nintendo 3DS comes with a decent list of features including both survival and creative mode, five skin packs, two texture packs, and touch screen controls to complement what’s displayed up top. Unfortunately, multiplayer isn’t supported, but there’s definitely a possibility it’ll be included at some point in the future. For reference, here’s Nintendo’s official description of the game.
