Many people, for whatever reason, have questioned whether the OnePlus 3 and 3T will get an upgrade to Android Nougat or not. Considering they launched just last year, I think it’s safe to assume they would anyway, but OnePlus founder and CEO Pete Lau had to reach to Twitter to confirm the new software would reach 2016’s “flagship killers.”
A lot of you have been asking, so I’m proud to say Android O will come to OnePlus 3 and 3T.

Of course, we’ll likely have to wait until Android O has reached Google’s Pixel and Nexus devices alongside OnePlus’ upcoming smartphone, the OnePlus 5. But after that, expect something in the form of an official upgrade to O for the 3 and 3T in the near future.
