Google has added more services to its ever-growing list of shareable content across your Google Play Family Library. If you’re not already familiar, Google recently introduced family support so those in your household could access specific content on their own device without having to log into your account. At launch, Google Play Movies, apps, games, Play Music/YouTube Red, and books were supported, but as of today, your calendar, notes, and photos can also be shared with family members.
Added support for Googe Calendar lets your family keep tab on the day’s activities, support for Google Keep lets everyone add items to to-do and shopping lists, and support for Google photos lets families build ginormous photo libraries and view each other’s snaps without having to first share them. You can now also share your YouTube TV membership with up to five family members under the same $35/month subscription. Countries that are seeing these additions are as follows: Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Russia, Spain, United Kingdom, and the United States (obviously with the exception of YouTube TV). Google says they’re rolling out as we speak, so keep an eye out for them.
