After releasing iOS 10.2, Apple today seeded the public with watchOS 3.1.1, a software update available for the Apple Watch. This follows a process consisting of five betas which were released over the course of multiple weeks.
watchOS 3.1.1 is a pretty empty update for the Apple Watch as it only offers simple bug fixes, security enhancements, and stability improvements. Of course, if you happen to spot something worth noting, feel free to reach out to us via email@example.com or @MBEDDEDMaximum on Twitter.
To install watchOS 3.1.1 on your Apple Watch, navigate to the Watch app on your paired iPhone and tap the “My Watch” tab. From there, go to General > Software Update and you should see the update ready for download. Be sure to place your iPhone on Wi-Fi while downloading this software as it’ll surely gobble up plenty of your data.
