iTunes 12.5.1 w/ Redesigned Apple Music Experience Now Rolling Out to Mac and Windows Users

Following today’s releases of iOS 10, watchOS 3, and tvOS 10, Apple has begun rolling out an update for iTunes which gives users the new Apple Music experience we’ve all waited for since WWDC 2016. The update, carrying the version number 12.5.1, is now being received by both Mac and Windows users.

Starting with the new Apple Music design (seen above), Apple basically built the new look of the music streaming service from the ground up. Bolder text, improved navigation via horizontal sliders, brighter colors, and simplified looks give the new UI a nice, easy, and appealing look to the eye. For now, it’s unclear just when Apple Music users on Android will receive the new design, however stay tuned.

Alongside the new Apple Music interface, exclusive new features built for macOS Sierra are also present which includes the ability to control your music using Siri while videos played in iTunes now support Picture-in-Picture mode. iTunes 12.5.1 also adds full support for iOS 10 devices, including the upcoming iPhone 7 and 7 Plus.
