Apple Begins Roll Out of tvOS 9.2.2 Beta 5

Yesterday, we saw the release of the second build of tvOS 10. However, that’s not the only future update for the Apple TV currently in the preview stage. Hence, Apple has begun rolling out the fifth beta of tvOS 9.2.2. This comes a week after the fourth build of the software update began making it’s way to developers for testing.

Other than bug fixes, speed improvements and security enhancements, there’s nothing new in tvOS 9.2.2. All user-facing changes and tweaks like a new dark mode and single sign-on for TV-based applications are all built into tvOS 10, the next generation of the operating system for Apple TV. We will, however, let you know if we discover anything new.
