Apple’s Reportedly Gearing Up to Introduce New 13 and 15-inch MacBooks That Are Much Thinner by July

A new report by Digitimes claims that Apple is gearing up to introduce new 13-inch and 15-inch MacBook Pros that’ll launch this July. This source has a pretty mixed track record, so don’t take this report to heart, however take it into consideration.

With Intel’s Skylake processors being built in, Apple’s next generation MacBook Pros will be a welcome addition to the MacBook family. These new models are also rumored to be at least as thin as the current MacBook Airs are, leading to the question of whether they’ll be fanless or not since Intel’s latest chip lineup specializes in power efficiency.

The two new MacBooks share a design similar to the existing 12-inch MacBook, but thinner than existing MacBook Air.

Right now, it’s pretty unclear of exactly what to expect from Apple regarding their new, thinner MacBook Pros as we’re still four months away from the rumored release date of the new laptops, but this report is great for us to base our visions more off of, and as more and more rumors, leaks, and reports make their way to the World Wide Web, we’ll start getting a clearer picture of whether this will actually happen or not. I personally think it will, but that’s just me.
