Alongside today’s new iOS beta, Apple has also seeded developers with a new build of OS X El Capitan, version 10.11.2, carrying a build number of 15C27e. The new beta is said to focus mainly on graphics, Mail, Wi-Fi, Calendar, USB, Notes, Photos, and Spotlight improvements.
Registered developers can find the OS update in the Developer Center. Updating from a previous OS X version requires downloading the OS X Software Update Seed Configuration Utility, then checking for the update in the Mac App Store’s Updates section. The update is 1.34 GB. We’ll report any notable differences between it and OS X 10.11.
